Nancy Ludwig, Integrative Dietitian, will provide a cooking demonstration as the focus of the Mid Willamette Valley GIG (gluten intolerance Group) meeting. GIG meetings are free. Held on Saturday, May 31, 2014 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. noon at Salem Hospital CHEC (Community Health and Education Center) in the Teaching Kitchen, Building D, 939 Oak St. SE, Salem, Oregon 97301 Parking is in the staff parking lot east of building D.

Salem R.O.C.K. or Raising Our Celiac Kids is a local chapter of the national support group founded by Dana Korn. (The ROCK Group)

Children and their families meet every other month, usually on the second Sunday of the month from 2-4 p.m. The group is free and open to all children and their friends and families who are living a gluten-free lifestyle.
